ArtXcontemporary Gallery in Seattle October 5 – November 25, 2023 to discover the world of birds with “Blind Birds, Winged Dreams”. South Korean artist Gilchun Koh exhibits his “Blind Birds” series, work he created from a recent residency at Centrum in Port Townsend. With cloths wrapped around their heads, the artist wants to symbolize how their habitats are being destroyed due to human selfishness.
An artist’s talk event on Saturday, October 7 at 1pm with a ceremonial opening performance by award-winning performance artist Dohee Lee from San Francisco.
